Cross-Division Internships for High School Students
A specialized function of Human Resources, Learning, and Legal Division, the Internship Placement Service posts available internships for high school students as they become available. The Internship Placement Service reviews applications and other information provided by applicants, conducts testing and schedules applicants for interviews with key managers.
Divisions With Available Positions:
The Almost Real Products Accounting Division is responsible for tracking all revenue and expenses, financial accounting, including financial and fixed asset reporting, payroll and accounts payable. The division must maintain the general and subsidiary ledgers, process and record all revenues, and prepare general purpose financial statements in compliance with appropriate mandates and policies.
On behalf of managers in other divisions of the company, the Administrative Division at Almost Real Products hires support staff to perform a broad range of secretarial duties through a centralized employment process. Managers who have budget allocations for additional administrative staff or who have to replace departing administrative staff notify the Administrative Department, which finds and recommends appropriately skilled individuals for available positions.
Child Care Center
Almost Real Products offers top-quality child care services to its employees on a first-come, first-served basis. The center can accommodate 50 infants (up to nine months), 100 toddlers (nine months to two years), and 200 pre-kindergarten-aged children (two years to five years). The Center is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day, Monday through Saturday. A pediatric nurse specialist is on duty at all times.
Communications and Marketing Division
The Communications and Marketing Division is responsible for the company's internal and external communications and positioning. The division also assists the Sales Division with high-impact sales documents, including brochures, reports, studies, and the like. The division must manage an incredibly diverse set of projects and publications.
Food Services Division
As part of our Food Services Department, you will assist in providing quality meals to employees at the Hamburger Hamburger Café within the corporate headquarters. Responsibilities include assuring cleanliness of food preparation area, receiving of food deliveries, operating various food workstations and monitoring inventory.
Health and Wellness Division
Almost Real Products considers its employees to be its most important asset, and has established the Health and Wellness Division for their benefit. This division consists of two departments: The Almost Real Products Clinic and the Employee Exercise and Physical Fitness Center.
The Horticultural Division manages the outside grounds of Almost Real Products and maintains the beauty and health of plantings in and around the buildings and the hardscapes on the property. For safety reasons, maintenance of the company's stock of internal and external horticultural assets, especially large indoor trees in the atrium, must often be done when other employees are not in the building. Therefore, individuals working in the Horticultural Division are expected to work approximately one Saturday every month.

The Human Resources, Learning, and Legal Division of Almost Real Products is responsible for three mission-critical functions in the company.
The Manufacturing Division is the heart of Almost Real Products, producing the quality products that are shipped all over the world and form the basis for the company's ability to generate revenues and profits.
Research and Development Division
The Research and Development (R&D) Division is responsible for innovations in design, style, and inventing new products that will keep the company a step ahead of the competition. The R&D Division also improves existing consumer products and explores new ways of producing them.
Sales and Customer Service Division
The Sales and Customer Service Division in Almost Real Products has two main functions: selling various products and services offered by the company and ensuring that customers involved in the purchase and use of any product or service is completely satisfied with the transaction and the product.
Security, Maintenance and Transportation Division
The Almost Real Products Division for Security, Maintenance, and Transportation is responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the physical assets of Almost Real Products, including its buildings, vehicles and employees.
